The process of designing a home for the client is simple and enjoyable.

First there is an interview process. It is determined what the scope of the project will be. Personal input is encouraged to develop a theme and meet the needs of the client. The budget is an important element and we want the finished project to be beautiful and a great value to the homeowner.

Our design packages are for new and existing construction, and homes or businesses to be remodeled. They will contain all details for furnishings, windows, walls, flooring, fixtures and all finish details. We also design landscaping and can have your yard designed to your specifications.

A design retainer is requested to start the work and it is based on the scope of the project. A design package is then developed and presented to the client. Upon approval of the design, a deposit is made and then the ordering and management of the project will commence. Shipping, storage and installation will be handled by Sierra Design Studio.
